Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative at New Silver, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective real estate investors and offering them our lending solutions. Using a combination of research and strategic outreach, you’ll contact potential clients via email, phone, social media, etc, presenting New Silver’s loan products and set up meetings for our Loan Advisors. Your mission is to identify, reach, and engage real estate investors, leveraging our technology and tools to create meaningful relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Use research and available tools to identify and engage prospective real estate investor clients.
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and SMS, introducing New Silver’s loan products, and set up meetings for Loan Advisors.
Effectively communicate New Silver’s value proposition and tailor offerings to client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred but not required if experienced).
Experience – 1+ years in sales. Mortgage or real estate experience preferred but not required
Sales-driven mindset – Motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
Tech-savvy – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
Excellent communicator – Strong verbal and written skills to support our high standards for customer experience.
