Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Experience. In this critical role, you will ensure a concierge approach to the client relationship and the overall client experience as well as support and foster a team of high performing client executives.

What You'll Do:
As a Director of Client Experience, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Strategic oversight and accountability of an assigned book of business managed by a team of client executives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for strategic client upsells, pairing new product offerings with existing business utilizing innovative thinking.  
  • Keep abreast of trends in the industry and create team strategies to advance our book of business and drive client retention.  
  • Be the voice of the client to internally advocate for the client experience.  
  • Build strong internal relationships with other leaders across the enterprise to collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment on the client experience.  
  • Direct, manage and mentor a team in their day-to-day activities, ensuring their professional growth and contributing to the development of a culture of high performance. 
  • Evolve the team’s Client Experience Playbook to reflect the latest products, client to product profile, and battle cards.
  • Represent EmpiRx Health offsite at client meetings and industry conferences as needed.

What You Need:
  • 10-15 years working in client management at a senior level (Client Director/Executive or higher).  
  • 3 years working in client management in the healthcare field.  
  • At least 3 years managing people. 
  • PBM client management experience a significant advantage, labor experience a plus!
  • Proven track record in exceptional client retention.  
  • Deep understanding of white-glove concierge service.
