The job in a nutshell

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and securing new clients to negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to maximize client value and uncover further business opportunities.

  

You’ll spend time on the following
  • Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the software's features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build a pipeline from outbound efforts and collaborating with marketing
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement with prospects.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Negotiate contracts that ensure healthy margins and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and advocate for continuous improvement across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), capable of presenting to diverse audiences.


We typically expect candidates with at least 3+ years of end to end selling experience within an Account Executive or similar role to have the skills mentioned above.

 

Bonus points if …
  • Experience in a SaaS company and fast-growing startup environment.
  • Relevant domain experience in HR-tech in a B2B context.
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customer base.
