This is a remote position.
Scope:
Operate remotely, with some overlap with Broomfield, CO business hours (9 AM to 5 PM)
Handle approximately 10-20 design requests per week
Work on a part-time basis, minimum 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time
Contribute to the growth of the custom footwear division through innovative designs
Adapt to changing priorities and workload as the business expands
Responsibilities:
Create custom shoe designs based on client requests and brand guidelines
Produce multiple design options for each client request, typically three variations
Design supporting materials such as flyers and one-sheeters for the sales team
Work within existing templates and adapt designs to fit various shoe styles
Meet tight deadlines, often with a 24-hour turnaround time
Collaborate with the internal sales team to understand and fulfill client needs
Maintain consistent design quality while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in product or fashion design
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong creative skills with the ability to work within brand guidelines
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the sales team
