The role is responsible for:
Understand the departments current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
The production of detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics and process maps.
The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions.
Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
Analysis of systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.
Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high level interface solution.
Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalation.
Plan and facilitate workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
Produce detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs.
Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.
Discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.
Utilise excellent problem solving and analytical skills
