About the team
At Zillow Group, our mission is to ‘give people the power to unlock life’s next chapter’ and our Sales, Success and Support team operators (Frontline) are essential to delivering that mission to our professional partners. As part of the Operator Success Product org, the Frontline Products team is responsible for crafting, building, and implementing the technology that enables our Frontline operators to grow revenue while providing an excellent customer experience. Collaborate with operations, enablement, and frontline reps to manage change management of product improvements to drive adoption and engagement.
Act as the primary advocate for your product area across Zillow, collaborating with teams throughout the company to deliver a unified experience.
