About this Role:
This individual will:
· Work in a multi-functional PM capacity; project management, customer facing, track issues, service deliver, organizing internal personal, testing is a plus!
· Drive Project Management efforts with cross-functional teams & client business and technology functions to deliver tailored, risk-managed billing system implementation solutions
· Handle client escalations regarding features, functionality, budgets, timelines and priorities to ensure projects stay within scope and schedule
· Support business development and sales activities; develop pricing proposals, Statements of Work, and Work Orders; and sees them through full execution.
· Develop solution documents, presentations, pricing proposals, statements of work, or other client-facing documents.
· Understand the business of “risk” and how technology & client business decisions impact risk.
· Manage multiple clients and/or client projects simultaneously
· Easily and effectively shift focus from one project to another when multiple concurrent projects are involved.
· Ability to balance formal process and methodologies against
· Take accountability for the success of a project
Qualifications
In a perfect world, this individual would have experience in: PMO/Project Management, agile application development, IT consulting, billing systems and/or back office applications. Since that combination is tough to find in one person, here are the job qualifications:
· Hands on experience and understanding of system development lifecycle
· Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting information and understanding how to work with senior business executives, both internally and externally
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
· Project management processes and methodologies, including tracking/managing project financials and budgets
· Project management tools experience including MS Project.
· Proven track record, reflected in references
· PMP certification is an advantage
· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
