Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The DTRA I3TS program is searching for a Program Analyst to join their team at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

This program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the customer to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities. These services will deliver exceptional execution value to internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Duties include:

  • Bring strong business/client engagement skills to support a busy technical program
  • Analyze business processes and workflows, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions. Assist with preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) manuals.
  • Documenting and communicating the results
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Prepare and assist new hire forms (SAARs) for processing, escort new hires
  • Track certifications and resumes; manage SharePoint Folders
  • Manage CAC applications and update stakeholder spreadsheets
  • Assist with compilation of weekly and monthly deliverables and ensuring timely completion
  • Assist with special projects or taskings

Qualifications:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of progressive experience working on IT DoD contracting programs
  • Project management and analysis experience: reporting, organization, business process analysis
  • TS/SCI

The likely salary range for this position is $73,257 - $99,113. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
