Who are we looking for?

As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a skilled Back-end Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, scalability, and ongoing development of our CRM system. We're looking for a dynamic individual who can take ownership of the technical aspects of our CRM, drive architectural decisions, and foster the growth of our technical team. You'll be a part of a team led by Anton Vodolazkyi, who joined the team 5 years ago as an iOS Developer and advanced to CTO. You will also manage a team of two developers and actively collaborate with product managers, front-end developers and QA.

Your impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers to ensure consistent, high-quality code delivery.
• Design, develop, and optimize the architecture for chat functionality, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Front-End teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee code reviews, system testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, including security and performance optimizations.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and issues.
• Proactively propose improvements to enhance chat system performance and functionality.

About you:

• We are ready to consider candidates with at least 4-5 years of experience.
• Expertise in Node.js and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Strong orientation towards results, autonomy, adaptability, and initiative.
• Nice to have: familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus, experience with high-load systems, knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
