Hey there! 

We’re SunStaches, based out of sunny Los Angeles. 

We create fun and innovative sunglasses, including kids' sunglasses with character face coverings from big names like Disney and Marvel. You might have even seen us on Shark Tank!

At SunStaches, we’re all about bringing cool ideas to life and getting them into the hands of customers through major retailers like Walmart and Target. We’re looking for a Sales Admin to support our VP of Sales with a variety of tasks that help drive our business forward. We need someone who sells. This role will involve reaching out to prospective clients proactively, researching and identifying email addresses using tools we provide, and contacting both large and smaller accounts. You’ll have the chance to pass promising leads to the VP of Sales, while also managing smaller accounts from start to finish. 🌟 Assist the VP of Sales on various tasks
📧 Process orders via email and update product listings
📅 Run weekly marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
🖥️ Update product details on the Novelty Sunglasses website and Faire.com
📞 Manage CRM Salesforce and handle inquiries
🎪 Assist with trade show admin, from ordering supplies to arranging shipments

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with working hours until 11am PST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 2+ years experience in Sales, Sales Admin or Business Development role

✅ Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
✅ Strong English writing skills
✅ Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce
✅ Ability to work independently and proactively

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with Salesforce is a plus
⭐ Medium-level Excel skills

We’re looking for someone who is persistent, personable, and helpful, with a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to prioritize and get things done efficiently will make you a great fit for the role.
