Position Purpose: Responsible for designing, developing, and conducting a variety of digital learning experiences, training programs, and/or auditing tools, ensuring the end-learner and business objectives are in mind while leveraging the brand and best practices in design and adult learning principles. Samples/portfolios will be reviewed as a part of the interview process.
***The Senior Trainer position is primarily remote with a couple in person activities/meetings annually. Candidates must be willing to work M-F, 9am-5:30pm ET or 10am-6:30pm ET to be considered for the position.***
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update high-quality learning content in a variety of formats, including eLearning, video, audio, instructor led courses, virtual course materials, PowerPoint presentations, tool kits, study guides, and performance support tools
- Identify adult learning models, methods and modalities that support the design strategy
- Conduct user research and assess business needs to inform the evolution of the design
- Coordinate training efforts with various cross-functional areas
- Develop and administer a universal training curriculum, employ technologies and enhance training development programs
- Conduct training sessions covering processes specific to AcariaHealth and Centene Pharmacy Services departments
- Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
- Design using latest design software and tools for rapid prototyping, including Articulate 360, Video Software, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Web 2.0 Tools
- Responsible for technical quality and function of all courses
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses and communicate results to management
- Audit team results, identify gaps in training and implement improvements in training programs
- Review and recommend updates to policies and procedures
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of training, curriculum design and auditing experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
License/Certification: Valid driver's license.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
