• Manage full life cycle for various projects ensuring successful implementation, including staff resources, budgeting, business and systems processes and planning
• Maintain the organization’s project management methodology
• Develop project management tools and templates to ensure efficient and effective use of portfolio projects
• Monitor current projects and critical path milestones for project success.
• Report project status and make necessary updates to project plan to ensure successful and timely execution to senior management
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives are met
• Manage the tracking of financial and qualitative results post project closure
• Support team on the development and execution of plans
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
• Leading and overseeing care management project team that span multiple lines of business (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, commercial).
