About The Role

Jasper is looking for a strategic and creative Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will help build and scale the field marketing strategy for the Enterprise and Mid-Market teams. You will work cross functionally across sales and marketing to build successful events and programs that drive pipeline and accelerate sales. 

You’ll work closely with members of the Enterprise and Mid Market teams to understand their needs and develop creative strategies to target and engage prospects and customers to meet the goals of the region and the business.

This fully remote role reports to the Director of Field Marketing and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper
  • Develop the overall marketing strategy for the Enterprise and Mid-Market regions you cover, in collaboration with broader sales and marketing team members

  • Responsible for lead generation and accelerating pipeline for your region

  • Create and execute high performing marketing programs and events

  • Manage program/event calendar, budgets and reporting for your region with the ability to provide post-program analysis and data driven recommendations

  • Own metrics for success in your region - track, analyze and report out on the efficiency of field marketing programs to determine ROI and prioritize resources

  • Ensure alignment between marketing investment and sales goals for field marketing programs

  • Responsible for full execution of events, programs and campaigns that fall within your region to appropriately showcase Jasper’s marketing vision, branding and story

What you will bring to Jasper
  • 5+ years of Enterprise field marketing experience

  • Experience working cross functionally with various teams in particular sales

  • Expertise in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of the business

  • A passion for building and analyzing pipeline with the ability to show ROI of programs and events

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines

  • Understanding the need to be agile in an ever evolving hyper-growth startup environment 

  • Willingness to travel

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $140,000 - $164,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
