The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role in driving HeartFlow growth through digital campaigns.  In this role, you will contribute to the strategy and architecture of our marketing platforms and support the lead management process.  As a driven marketing professional with a proven-track record of hands-on implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns, you will be a critical member of the demand generation process.  You will also manage the relationships of external partners that contribute to the leads funnel, work within current systems, develop process improvements, and report results to senior leadership.  You will be a critical driver of our lead process through all stages to optimize the channel. #LI-Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a driven marketing professional with a proven track record in hands-on implementation, you will own the process of lead development and connecting customers to our sales process
  • Own the Lead development process across multiple marketing platforms and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Heartflow teams to launch highly effective marketing campaigns to drive leads
  • Execute the launch of nurture campaigns to engage with HCPs as they learn about Heartflow products.
  • Efficient process management to own manual lead processes and convert them into effective automated processes, where possible.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving goals and report results to campaign managers and leadership.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of lead generation initiatives

Skills Needed:

  • 4+ years of experience developing go-to-market lead generation systems
  • 4+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns with a company in the medical device, life science, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge to design, build, and operate platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience with other marketing stack systems that integrate to CRM platforms to improve the customer/marketing experience
  • Knowledge and experience working with medical technologies, preferably Imaging or CT scanner technologies, Interventional cardiology, General Cardiology products showcasing a Patient-focused mindset
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a flexible and problem-solving mindset
  • Great attention to detail and ability to set, track and meet deadlines

Educational Requirements & Work Experience: 

  • BS or MS in relevant field, and,
  • +5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital marketing, lead generation, or related fields with a Healthcare company
  • Prior experience working with agencies to develop and execute campaigns and/or experience working with a startup company is preferred

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $120,000 to $145,000, cash bonus, and stock options.
