Senior Sales Leader & Professional (Managing Client Partner) – work with FranklinCovey!

The Managing Client Partner is both a Senior Sales Leader and Sales professional with stewardship for leading a team and selling direct to our clients maintaining your own book of business.

Reporting to our General Manager in Australia, this exciting position will be a key sales leadership and individual contributor sales role leading a team and generating leads, developing opportunities and closing business using FranklinCovey products and services.

Knowledge of FranklinCovey products and services and experience selling to HR and L&D functions are desirable, but not essential. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings including the All Access Pass (AAP), FranklinCovey’s flagship subscription product.

Job Summary
The primary focus of the Managing Client Partner is two-fold:

  1. Be the Team Leader for 3-4 Client Partners (sales professionals) driving accountability, mentoring and ensuring new business growth within enterprise accounts.
  2. Maintain an existing book of business and revenue goal.   


What you will do…

  • Co-create a workplace of choice for achievers with heart
  • Assist the GM in implementing company and team sales strategies
  • Complete deal reviews with CPs and present exceptions to standard pricing and levers to GM for approval
  • Ensure CPs achieve 5 year ramp ($200K, $500K, $800K, $1.1M, $1.3M)
  • Ensure CPs retain 80% of prior year’s accounts and 100% of revenue from prior year’s accounts
  • Weekly Plan and Review sessions with CPs to review key performance measures including:
    • Weekly pipeline goal (3x)
    • Weekly meeting time targets (6-10 hours)
    • # of new opportunities in the pipeline (weekly)
    • Event lead generation ownership and process adherence
    • Sales flywheel improvements
  • Coach using our Helping Client Succeed sales tools and processes
  • Submit summary forecast including strategic measures (new logo, revenue renewal), and results forecast to GM
  • Partners with GM on personal and team targets, focusing on clearing the path and team development
  • Manage a personal book of business with excellence


What you will bring…
 

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful sales performance and a minimum of 2 years of successful sales leadership The MCP must model FranklinCovey’s sales strategies and support their team to do the same. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills required and proficiency with Salesforce essential. Must be a motivated leader with strong work ethic, with leadership and people development competencies, and with the ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
