We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in ReactJS and C# services to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the migration of legacy applications and the design and implementation of new software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS for the front end and C# services for the back end.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems.
• Implement secure, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaboration & Design:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and architectures.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and availability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in both existing and new applications.
• Documentation & Testing:
• Write clear, comprehensive documentation for technical processes and implementations.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust software solutions.
• Legacy Migration:
• Analyze, refactor, and migrate existing legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Ensure smooth data and functionality transition while minimizing downtime.

Requirements

What You Need for this Position

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in ReactJS and its core principles, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET framework, including the development of APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a focus on ReactJS and C#.
• Proven experience in legacy application migration projects is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of automotive industry experience with DMS software is a plus.
• Material UI controls experience is a plus.
