David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Marketing Executive to join their team in Peru. 


Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Remote - Peru 

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: remote

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Overseeing and expanding multiple social media accounts while ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence.
  • Enhancing brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
  • Utilizing strong writing and creative skills for content creation.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns for products or services.
  • Managing marketing and sales collateral.
  • Ensuring brand visibility and awareness across relevant channels.
  • Analyzing industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring affiliate sites and marketing practices to ensure adherence to company policies.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationExperience in designing and creating both print and digital materials (e.g., banners, brochures, social media content).
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • A genuine interest or passion for the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in negotiation and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess performance and optimize strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in streaming and affiliate marketing.
