Job description

Job Title: Inbound Lead Specialist
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (MST)

About the Company

Our client is a company specializing in tax return and bookkeeping services, offering tailored solutions to help clients grow their businesses. The company values exceptional customer support, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Manage the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real time.
  • Rapidly contact new leads from web form submissions within minutes of receipt.
  • Qualify leads through phone, email, and texting, assessing fit and following up as needed.
  • Handle overflow calls during business hours to ensure all incoming inquiries are attended to.


Sales Process Support:

  • Determine whether leads should be managed as retail opportunities or referred to the dealer network.
  • Utilize internal systems to locate suitable dealers and ensure successful handoffs, following up when necessary.
  • Disqualify leads that do not meet criteria to maintain focus on quality opportunities.


Collaboration and Additional Duties:

  • Assist the project management team by identifying and vetting potential installers.
  • Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system, tracking all progress and outcomes.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and minimal accent.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and texting for professional communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Airtable and CRM platforms.
  • Background in customer service or sales related to physical products, specially building materials.
  • Knowledge of US geography to assist in lead qualification and dealer referrals.
