Summary
Amazing opportunity to support a successful travel executive and her busy team. Will serve as right hand EA, managing calendars and living in executives inbox. Will manage the luxury travel advisor’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Will coordinate and track client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain client files, trip itineraries, and travel documentation with assistance from internal concierge team. Act as the first point of contact for clients, and manage client communication ensuring exceptional service. Assist with special projects such as high-end event planning, VIP group trips, or destination-specific marketing campaigns. Track progress and deadlines for various travel projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of relevant administrative support with a completed BA/BS degree. Must be fluid, flexible and successful in a fast paced environment. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to learn new software programs, experience with a CRM and a proven track record of supporting a team with a can do attitude. Regular office hours are 9am – 6pm with flexibility for that 24/7 mentality.
