Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB TITLE: APPOINTMENT SETTER 

OFFER RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour 

Work Type:

  • WFH/Remote

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)
Start Date : December 2, 2024

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Appointment Setter who can effectively reach out to high-level executives, particularly CEOs of prominent IT and construction firms, and schedule appointments with sales consultants in the US. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture leads through consistent calls, emails, and texts until lead agrees to schedule an appointment with the company’s sales consultants.

  • Respond to inbound leads immediately.

  • Closely coordinate appointment scheduling with US sales consultants.

  • Ask 2 qualifying questions to lead prior to scheduling appointments.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

  • Must be able to converse with CEOs in the US confidently

  • Must have zero accent

  • Must be a critical thinker

  • Must have a successful track record as an appointment setter

  • Must be enthusiastic and will require minimal management
