Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of appointment requests and patient inquiries via email and phone
  • Schedule and coordinate both telemedicine and in-person appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow
  • Update and maintain accurate patient charts and medical records in our state-of-the-art electronic health record system
  • Guide patients through the process of completing pre-appointment information updates via our user-friendly patient portal
  • Transfer critical patient data from portal forms to our comprehensive electronic medical record system
  • Craft and send personalized follow-up communications to patients, gathering valuable feedback and evaluations
  • Provide essential backup support for phone lines during peak hours, ensuring no patient call goes unanswered
  • Potentially explain our groundbreaking female longevity program to interested patients, showcasing our commitment to innovative healthcare

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems and patient portals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive patient information
  • A customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for enhancing patient experiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software systems quickly
  • Experience in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates
