Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule
  • 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Texas time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break .
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data from various sources into the company's database or software.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies.
  • Generate reports and respond to queries related to the data entered.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or anomalies in the data.
  • Ensure backups are regularly taken to prevent data loss.
  • Stay updated with changes in the data entry procedures or database software.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry software.

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.

  • Familiarity with data validation and cleaning techniques.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
