Role Name: Digital Marketing Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20-25 hours per week), M-F (or variant) EST. 10 am - 3 pm or flex. Morning or Afternoons. Does not matter once we get things in motion.

Job Description

We’re seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Assistant to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse digital marketing initiatives that help connect young athletes with expert baseball coaching. This position offers the perfect blend of creative and technical work, allowing you to utilize your skills in various digital marketing disciplines while contributing to the success of youth sports programs. You’ll be working with a supportive team that values initiative and provides training on specific tools and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and web
  • Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is fresh and engaging
  • Create compelling graphic designs for social media, marketing materials, and web content
  • Write clear and engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists
  • Perform regular WordPress maintenance and updates
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing objectives


Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience with WordPress development and maintenance
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategies and implementation
  • Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
