Job description

•Outbound Calls: Execute pre-defined call scripts to engage with hiring managers, introduce our services, and schedule initial meetings. 
•Email Campaign Management: Execute, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate leads; track email open rates, responses, and overall campaign performance, and personalize outreach to increase engagement and connection rates. 
•Lead Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow ups in the CRM system. 
•Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and the Marketing team to refine messaging and identify new outreach strategies. 
•Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign performance, outreach activity, and  scheduled meetings.
