Job Title: Business Process Reengineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve problems across many different systems, applications, and operating systems. Conduct Proof of Concept demonstrations to visualize approach and help solidify technical direction.
- Analyze and comprehend current system functional requirements to identify process and tool integration needs, system dependencies, integration points, system interfaces, and data flows
- Be responsible for system design, development, architecture, and integration of in-house and third-party developed software packages into the baseline. You will conduct technical analysis of complex infrastructure and integration challenges and report findings to stakeholders
- Apply your experience with version control, Agile methodologies, and the ability to review, analyze, create, and enhance configuration and programming systems
- Learn and document business workflows, technical architecture and dependent systems of supported services.
- Support DevSecOps efforts to ensure delivery of a demand model and establishment of CI/CD pipeline guidelines, standards, and strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with the development team to ensure adherence to CI/CD guidelinesand standard DevSecOps processes.
- Create a strategy to provision/maintain automated deployment pipelines to release patches and updates to the software applications
- Implement clean/maintainable Infrastructure as a Code that adheres to industry best practices
- Work within the cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure
- Automate cloud native technologies, deploy applications, and provision critical infrastructure
- Work hand-in-hand with the Cyber Security Team and the Development Team to identifyand address gaps
- Work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in Azure cloud-based platforms.
- Provide guidance and apply agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations of product.
- Implement new and/or upgrade existing automated build services that support integration process as well as automated building and monitoring. Maintain and report on the status of automated build and test services.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-7 years’ experience or Master’s Degree and 3-5 years’ experience; or high school diploma/equivant and 9 years relevant experience.
- Experience/Skills:
- At least two-years hands-on experience supporting DevOps/DevSecOps to reengineer and automate the software development process.
- Experienced in the technical aspects of DevSecOps techniques, continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous deployment.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps for a Cloud-based system on a modernization program
- Knowledge of Cloud Service Platforms such as AWS, Azure
- Agile Certified
- Strong client facing skills and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with open source tools for test automation such as Selenium
- Must have a current Secret (or higher) clearance (interim clearances are acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a mature software development program using Agile (preferably SAFe) development methodology
- Secret Clearance
- Federal Government IT delivery Experience
Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $56,000- $81,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
