Job Description

The Dealer Services Sales Manager will identify, develop and win new business with strategic accounts in the Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) industry. The role will also require ongoing relationship management with the new accounts and contributing to the implementation of product distribution strategies designed to generate profitable growth. The Sales Manager role resides in the Strategic Accounts team within Allstate Dealer Services, a division of Allstate that services the automotive F&I industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the National Sales Leader for Strategic Accounts and Sales Support team to develop sales strategy (targeting and go-to-market approach), business development and partner support structure
  • Win new accounts and manage implementation including oversight of integrations, marketing, training, etc.
  • Evaluate performance of existing accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide consultative account management for existing strategic accounts
  • Work closely with Product & Pricing teams to develop solutions and programs to address market needs
  • Interact with support teams such as Compliance, Finance, IT, PMO, Marketing, Claims and Operations to meet customer and partner needs
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise regarding F&I participation programs including Reinsurance, Retro, etc.
  • Coordinate training and support activities for strategic accounts
  • Regularly present to Allstate Dealer Services leadership stakeholders regarding sales progress and needs
  • Execute effective processes and strategies in accordance with Allstate Dealer Services best practices

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $98,900.00 - 136,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
