Brown & Brown is Seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to join our growing team

The Digital Delivery Leader is a critical member of the Digital Delivery team within Brown & Brown’s Retail Software Engineering organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Power Platform. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, architects, agile evangelists, and other engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

How You Will Contribute

  • Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members are motivated and productive.

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Providing technical direction and oversight for the development of software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and best practices.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

  • Managing resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure optimal team productivity and efficiency.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects and team activities.

  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.

  • Proficiency in designing and developing a performant Power Platform environment.

  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

  • 2+ years leading a team of engineers working in an agile environment.

Pay Range

$130,000 - $150,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
