Associate Client Services Manager

The Associate Client Services Manager is essential to Boldyn Network's Higher Education Client Operations team, coordinating the support side of our client relationship. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. You will provide stewardship to client tickets and communicate with Boldyn Networks internal teams to ultimately deliver a resolution. Someone with solid task management and heavy customer service skills would excel in this role.  

This role is a remote WFH position, and our selected candidate will need to reside in the Dallas, Texas area.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide stewardship to client tickets and coordinate with Boldyn Network's internal teams to ultimately deliver a resolution 

  • Communicate (using various methods) with internal support teams assigned to client ticket 

  • Information management using systems and applications 

  • Provide supporting activities (report generation, analysis) as needed for the department 

  • Contribute to client retention by providing solid customer service to clients  

  • Build positive relationships with Boldyn Networks employees 

  • Participate in various meetings with internal and external groups, contribute to continuous process improvement 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude for learning department software (NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Salesforce) 

  • Preferred experience as an intern in a sales or marketing department during undergrad
