Job description

About the Role:

As the Partner Marketing Manager at Time Doctor, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our channel partnerships and driving sustainable growth through our partner ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to develop and implement marketing programs that empower our partners to succeed. You'll work closely with our channel sales team to create compelling co-marketing initiatives, enable partners with the right resources, and build strong relationships that drive mutual success. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of developing partner marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through our channel ecosystem
  • Create co-marketing campaigns, content, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell Time Doctor solutions
  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and oversee brand consistency across partner marketing activities, including maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines and asset management
  • Collaborate with the channel sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and partner needs
  • Track and analyze partner marketing metrics, providing regular reports on program performance and ROI
  • Organize and manage partner events, webinars, and training sessions
  • Maintain partner marketing portals and resources, ensuring materials are current and accessible


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner/channel marketing
  • Proven track record of developing successful partner marketing programs and driving channel revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and channel sales dynamics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with partner marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
