Sr. Buyer/Planner
Enumerix is seeking a highly skilled, driven, and experienced Sr. Buyer/Planner to join our expanding Operations & Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to a senior operations leader, this essential and visible role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing organization.

We’re looking for a self-starter who is analytical, communicative, and a strategic thinker—not just a doer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at negotiating, and has experience supporting growth from startup to scale. You will play a critical role in setting up agreements that enable flexibility, scalability, and operational excellence while fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with the supply base, negotiating favorable terms to meet business objectives.
  • Process Development & Optimization: Design, manage, and continuously improve processes to execute seamlessly, supporting scalability and efficiency.
  • Procurement Execution: Execute daily purchases to meet production demands while maintaining alignment with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to safeguard operational continuity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional leaders to anticipate material and service needs, driving early alignment to ensure smooth execution.
  • Cost & Quality Leadership: Ensure sourcing and procurement strategies align with best-in-class cost and quality standards.
  • Production Support: Monitor and manage supplier performance to guarantee timely deliveries for internal and external customers, along with meeting critical project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, and supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and improving supplier performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and resolve supplier issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong partnerships.
  • Highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling processes and supporting growth in dynamic organizations.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.
