Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Locations: Seattle, WA
Overland Park, KS
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Ownership:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the AEM implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with marketing, content, and UX teams to ensure the AEM platform aligns with customer-facing goals.
- Provide technical leadership in AEM features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and secure platform architecture.
- Assess and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Advocate for the end user by ensuring the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
- Partner with QA and UAT teams to validate functionality and resolve issues before deployment.
- Stay informed on the latest AEM trends, tools, and updates to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AEM or similar content management systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Technical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Analytical and Communication Skills:
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable items for business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations (Adobe Experience Cloud).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or AlpineJS.
- Knowledge of personalization, SEO, and analytics tools integrated into AEM.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability planning for CMS platforms.
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is 109,749 - 164,623 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
