Job Summary:

Provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure the successful execution of assigned key initiatives related to Geisinger strategy and the Geisinger /Risant Integration Management program at Geisinger. Coordinates cross-functional projects and processes, manages timelines, and facilitates communication among stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives. Maintain master calendar of milestones and meetings. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Maintain awareness of other performance improvement work (e.g., Geisinger Transformation) and strategic projects to create opportunities for cross-team visibility and communication alignment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to portfolio of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating meeting material production, documenting minutes, and action item resolution.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison and key point of contact between Geisinger strategy, the Geisinger / Risant Integration Management program, and various stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project progress, issues, and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Information & Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on information related to strategic initiatives progress and issues. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
