Impact
As the Associate Marketing Project Manager located in Maryland, you will manage marketing projects such as email, paid media or B2B. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will act as an active thought partner in defining what the practice of project management looks like at Shipt. Also, you will be collaborating with senior management to prioritize projects, taking ownership of team deliverables, and managing daily relationships with internal clients and partners.
While no two days are the same, you opens jobs and builds job folders with project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final program archive of job info. Support project management of marketing initiatives by closely supervising timelines, results, processes and next steps. Think strategically about communication to negotiate project deliverables, manage expectations, educate stakeholders and resolve issue. Thorough review/understanding of projects/briefs and challenge areas. Develop and maintain weekly update reports on all projects. Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. Lead project kick-off meeting with internal creatives and partners.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You have 3+ years experience in project management, process improvement, etc
- You have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, etc)
- You have experience working within an agency structure, and/or partnership model
- You have experience working with Asana, Wrike, Jira, or similar project management tool
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You enjoy working cross-functionally across the Shipt team
- You have excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively.
- You have the ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to a highly variable environment, change scope and focus with ease
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:
$61,002-$122,110
All other locations:
$50,429-$100,858
