Job description

About us:

We are looking for a Team Coordinator or Leader to join core team of our AP leadership and to help us establish best in class service.

You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our Group stakeholders. You will be taking a key role in the daily AP operations for local entities and SSC itself, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes.

Your main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Managing team: distributing the volumes among the team members, setting priorities, providing regular feedback, running 1-1 sessions & team meetings, developing key talents, assessing performance;
  • Taking an active part in potential process transitions from other Group locations;
  • Negotiating with internal stakeholders, managing regular operational calls with local market Finance teams;
  • Effectively managing knowledge & promoting a teamwork mindset in order to secure a strong back-up structure;
  • Designing & implementing cost-saving initiatives;
  • Running job interviews;
  • Stabilizing the migrated process;
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function including Internal Controls preparation;
  • Responsibility for effective delivery of AP activities;
  • Preparing monthly/annual/quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements;
  • Preparing reports and analysis as per business needs;
  • Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in similar position as in SSC/BPO environment;
  • Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications;
  • Knowledge JDE will be a great asset; SAP is a plus, too
  • Experience in transitions;
  • Excellent English;
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change;
  • Great communication skills and self-motivation;
  • Strong team player mindset.
