With 70,000+ professionals part of our communities and a never-ending supply of content, courses, events, and memberships, we need a career-hungry Community Manager to join the team and drive growth, foster engagement and create unmissable member experiences.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer to join our team either on a part-time freelance basis (3 days a week) or full-time-time. In this role, you’ll own maintaining and updating our websites, implementing front-end fixes, and ensuring our platforms deliver a seamless user experience. From building course interfaces with website builders to tackling minor layout tweaks and coding fixes, your work will directly contribute to the success of our digital products.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and Maintain Websites: Handle updates on our websites using Ghost and Webflow, making changes in code to enhance functionality and visual appeal.

  • Front-End Coding: Use your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to troubleshoot and fix layout inconsistencies and minor bugs within our frameworks.

  • Course Platform Development: Build and maintain course interfaces using website builders, customising templates to create user-friendly and visually appealing platforms.

  • Design Integration: Collaborate with the design team to implement updates, ensuring consistency across visuals and UX.

  • Resolve Technical Issues: Address small-scale technical challenges and suggest process improvements to streamline operations.

Why Join Us?
We’re a dynamic, fast-growing company at the forefront of digital learning and community building. Joining our team means working in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. You’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools, the opportunity to develop your coding skills, and the chance to see your work make a direct impact on thousands of users. Plus, with a fully remote setup, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best.
