Job description

Our client, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and optimize social media channels for various clients. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and strategic social media planning. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.

  • Content Creation: Edit videos and graphics using tools such as CapCut, OpusClip, Canva, or Figma, leveraging provided templates and raw assets to create engaging content.

  • Scheduling & Monitoring: Utilize platforms like Assembly to schedule posts, track performance, and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with audiences across platforms, responding to comments and fostering brand engagement.

  • Copywriting: Write compelling captions and social media copy that align with the brand voice and content strategy.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.

  • Content Calendar Planning: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop content calendars that align with client goals and campaign objectives.

  • Reporting & Optimization: Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.

  • Experience managing social media accounts across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong background in video editing and graphic design using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or OpusClip.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop engaging content ideas.

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Assembly.
