The Role

The Sales Enablement Trainer will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement programs to drive sales success and build overall sales enablement capabilities. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously improve program performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales performance and strengthen overall sales enablement capabilities. Oversee and monitor program progress, providing regular updates to managers.
  • Track customer feedback and devise strategies to enhance the performance of sales enablement programs.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends to shape sales enablement strategies. Investigate best practices in sales enablement and apply innovative solutions.
  • Keep documentation current for sales enablement programs and processes. Support the implementation and maintenance of sales automation and CRM systems.
  • Create and deliver a streamlined onboarding program that effectively prepares new hires for success.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership teams to align training initiatives with sales goals and strategies at Digital.ai.
  • Facilitate workshops and role-playing exercises to enhance sales skills and techniques. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with field productivity teams, learning & development, HR, and other stakeholders to understand onboarding needs and transform them into an engaging learning experience.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, including training content, job aids, and other resources to support new hires. Evaluate onboarding effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and continuously refine the program based on insights. Act as the subject matter expert on onboarding, offering guidance and support to new hires and hiring managers.
  • Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales enablement programs.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs for new and existing sales staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be between $70,000.00 - $110,000 base. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
