David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Motion Designer to join their team in Bogota, Colombia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Creating high-quality visual motion projects consistently.
• Deciding on the layout and placement of text and visual elements.
• Developing assets based on project briefs.
• Reviewing final designs and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Adhering to creative direction and maintaining brand consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationExperience in designing and creating both print and digital materials (e.g., banners, brochures, social media content).
• Demonstrated expertise in the concept, development, and completion of motion design projects.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
• Highly creative with a strong ability to innovate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and a cooperative team player.
