Job Title: Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads)
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

We are a growing company seeking a Google Ads expert to lead our paid media strategies and campaigns. Our focus is on leveraging data-driven insights, driving lead generation, and optimizing performance across all platforms.

Position Overview:

The Paid Media Specialist will lead and optimize all Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high performance and measurable results. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads infrastructure, targeting strategies, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. Knowledge of social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
  • Implement advanced targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy aligned with campaign goals.


Performance Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Use conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance lead generation efforts.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign success and user behavior.


Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with broader business goals.
  • Explore opportunities to expand paid media efforts to social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) as needed.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, including targeting, copywriting, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing paid media on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Slack and other team collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
