Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers in a rapidly growing self-storage company. This fully remote, full-time contract position requires someone with a friendly, compassionate demeanor, strong English communication skills, and a critical thinking ability to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate will be driven to contribute to a dynamic team, make a meaningful impact, and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing excellent service.
  • Problem Resolution: Actively engage with customers to resolve issues and answer questions, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Issue Management: Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Communication: Handle email, chat, and phone communications in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Task Ownership: Handle customer service tasks with minimal supervision, independently resolving issues as they arise.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite and experience using Slack, ClickUp, and Notion are desirable.
  • Attributes: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various software tools and technologies.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Notion, CallRail, Slack, and ClickUp.
  • Previous experience in property management or self-storage facilities.
