Role: Marketing & Content Creator (LinkedIn Focus)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Work Setup: Work from Home

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Philippine Time


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create and publish content for the company's LinkedIn page, following the established content schedule and posting daily updates.
  • Manage and publish blog content on the company website, ensuring it aligns with our social media and recruitment goals.
  • Develop engaging graphics using Canva for daily vacancy posts and relevant holidays.
  • Respond to comments and messages on LinkedIn, fostering engagement with our audience.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to connect with relevant networks, reaching KPIs for followers and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis on LinkedIn to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Use LinkedIn recruitment tools, including Boolean search, to contact and invite potential candidates to engage with the company.
  • Data entry into HubSpot, specifically for potential clients (contact list provided).

Qualifications: 

  • B2 level English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in content creation using Canva; ability to develop graphics using existing templates.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, including the use of Recruiter Lite (bonus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A degree in a relevant field is a plus (content creation, marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to research and find relevant articles for blog content.
  • Capable of writing original blog articles without excessive reliance on AI tools like ChatGPT.

  • Curious, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Self-sufficient; ability to work independently without constant supervision.
