Job Objective
Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's tax compliance process and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to optimize tax liabilities
Coordinate tax projects in collaborative work with IT Department related to new obligations, automatizations, creation of Data Lake, BI and other projects
Develop and implement tax strategies to support business operations and financial planning
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly
Conduct the management of the tax projects
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Provide training and guidance to junior tax staff and maintain accurate and organized tax records
Review and implement efficient process related to Tax Complince tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Advanced English
Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide insightful recommendations to support the company's financial goals
Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days on-site and 2 remote, in the south zone of São Paulo, near Morumbi Shopping
