Job description

A company revolutionizing the healthcare industry with advanced artificial intelligence solutions that empower healthcare professionals with cutting-edge tools that enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and improve patient outcomes is looking for a dedicated Recruiter/Sourcer to join their team.                   

The Recruiter/Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top Full Stack Developers. You'll be the go-to expert for sourcing talent across various platforms, applying creative techniques to uncover exceptional candidates. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will be sourcing talent for multiple teams while leveraging your deep understanding of full-stack technologies. You will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates, all while communicating with prospects primarily via Zoom and other digital channels.

What You'll Do
  • Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:                     
  • Proactively source and identify highly qualified Full Stack Developers using various tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and other creative channels.               
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for current and future openings.                  
  • Conduct outreach through Zoom calls to establish rapport with potential candidates, assess their interests, and introduce them to opportunities.                    
  • Craft personalized messages to attract top developers, highlighting job opportunities and company culture.                   
  • Leverage Boolean search, social media, and AI tools to uncover hidden talent.                      
  • Candidate Screening:                
  • Review resumes, portfolios, and GitHub profiles to assess technical expertise, project experience, and overall suitability for full-stack roles.                       
  • Conduct initial Zoom interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.                   
  • Use a mix of technical assessments and targeted questions to gauge candidates' proficiency in key Full Stack technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms).                     
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting:                      
  • Track candidate progress, update ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively.                      
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status, feedback, and challenges in the sourcing process.                    
  • Candidate Experience:                     
  • Ensure an exceptional and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the hiring process.                    
  • Provide candidates with information about the company, the role, and the recruitment process, answering any questions they might have.                       
  • Continuous Improvement:                          
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies, improve outreach tactics, and stay up-to-date on trends in full-stack technologies and the tech talent market.              
  • Provide insights to internal teams on market trends, talent availability, and best practices.        

  • What You Need
  • Experience:                   
  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, specifically within the technology sector, with a strong focus on Full Stack Development roles.                  
  • Proven ability to utilize various sourcing channels and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).          
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and other recruiting platforms.                      
  • Technical Understanding:                    
  • Solid understanding of full-stack development technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, Ruby on Rails, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure.                          
  • Comfortable discussing technical requirements with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a solid match.                                  
  • Skills & Traits:                      
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively.                              
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful with the ability to quickly pivot sourcing strategies based on changing requirements.                           
  • Comfortable conducting Zoom interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities and interests.                          
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on results and building lasting relationships with candidates.              
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.

  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
