Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Sr. TA Manager) is accountable for driving Talent Acquisition by identifying, engaging, and hiring elite talent across all divisions of IMS aligned to the company’s Core Values and the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). The Sr. TA Manager is responsible for a wide variety of Talent Acquisition functions that focus on proactive sourcing and screening candidates, employer branding, and overall, provide an exceptional candidate experience. The Sr. TA Manager works closely with hiring managers to determine needs, align recruiting strategies, and contribute to company growth goals. 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Develops and manages candidate generation strategies and employer branding opportunities through innovative marketing, social media, professional networking, conference attendance, and university involvement
  • Executes candidate searches and manages candidates through the pipeline from sourcing to selection with an emphasis on positive candidate experience while ensuring IMS secures the best talent
  • Provides recruiting expertise by staying abreast of market trends, best practices, recruitment tools/technology (including AI methodologies), recruiting avenues, and partnerships 
  • Continuously evaluates market trends, industry intel, and IMS process effectiveness, elevating needs, concerns, and successes to senior leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Provides full life cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment database, salary negotiation, and extending employment offers
  • Effectively communicates and sells the IMS unique value proposition, benefits, and compensation structure to drive a high offer acceptance rate
  • Actively builds employer brand through proactive presence on social media including LinkedIn and Industry partnerships, including professional conferences
  • Prepares and posts job ads that will attract top talent and create interest 
  • Maintains a positive candidate experience by providing prompt and transparent communication with candidates throughout the selection process
  • Develops and manages vendor relationships that support Talent Acquisition objectives 
  • Researches, organizes, and participates in recruiting events such as university recruiting, online recruitment events, and job fairs
  • Ensures compliance with the hiring process including position intake, candidate screening, and scorecard tracking at each phase of the interview process
  • Coaches hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection
  • Develops and maintains an Elite Talent Community with active candidate engagement to ensure access to high level talent as the organization grows
  • Creates, tracks, and shares key performance metrics that drive success in the function
  • Completes administrative activities in a consistent and timely manner

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
  • 6+ years of in-house recruitment and/or combination of agency recruitment experience in a multistate organization
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in professional services, preferably in a legal environment preferred
  • Experience recruiting senior level talent including leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods, including AI technologies, to source and attract passive candidates
  • Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment where teamwork is encouraged and quality and excellence are rewarded
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an ATS, experience with Paylocity is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams with overlapping assignments and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional organization & prioritization skills
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • This position is 100% remote and supports east to west coast time zones
