- Collaborate with the recruiting and marketing teams on various employer branding initiatives to enhance the companyâs visibility.
- Review resumes as part of the initial candidate evaluation process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure both data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Provide support to the HR team on additional projects, gaining exposure to a variety of HR processes.
