Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm  includes 1hr unpaid break
Wednesday - Sunday 3pm - 11pm includes 1hr unpaid break

Job Description

As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s digital engagement strategy, playing a crucial role in maintaining their responsive and patient-centric approach. You’ll manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to patient inquiries. This fast-paced role requires you to juggle content creation, community engagement, and basic graphic design, all while maintaining a consistent brand voice. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of healthcare delivery, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of innovative telehealth services.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to patient inquiries across multiple social media platforms, maintaining a 3-hour response time
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing strategies
  • Perform basic graphic editing tasks to support content creation and enhance visual appeal
  • Use Hubspot to manage support tickets and track social media interactions efficiently
  • Collaborate with the US-based marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
  • Engage with followers through likes, comments, and shares to increase brand visibility and foster community
  • Track and report on social media metrics to contribute to ongoing strategy refinement
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to support business growth initiatives
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for healthcare communications
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously for a business or organization
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to provide 247 coverage
  • Basic understanding of healthcare industry terminology and HIPAA guidelines is a plus
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM and social media management tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly
