This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 8:30am EST to 4:30pm EST

Job Description

As the Social Media Manager for this innovative parking solutions provider, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s online presence and driving brand awareness. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to create compelling content that showcases cutting-edge parking technology and its real-world applications. Your work will directly contribute to establishing the company as a thought leader in the parking industry, connecting with decision-makers and influencers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy focused on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and curate 3-4 high-quality posts per week for LinkedIn and Instagram, tailored to resonate with industry professionals and potential clients
  • Produce and edit one engaging video per month for YouTube, highlighting the company’s innovative parking solutions and success stories
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to transform real-world implementations into captivating social media content
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and editing processes, staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends
  • Engage proactively with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to build a strong online community
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve the company’s digital presence
  • Potentially assist with minor updates to the company website, ensuring cohesive messaging across all digital platforms
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing capabilities
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for a professional audience
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and willingness to explore emerging technologies
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in technology or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience with or willingness to learn about parking technology and smart city solutions is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to the client’s Eastern Time (ET) zone for effective communication and content scheduling
