The Program Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of existing programs, analyzing activities and data, and developing recommendations for improvements for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) Public Health Infrastructure Program (PHI). The CDC PHI provides funding to improve public health infrastructure across the US by focusing on workforce, capabilities, and data modernization. This supports a team that is conducting a program review, developing and updating program materials, and analyzing program alignment to Center strategic goals and objectives. This position is currently 100% remote to the Atlanta, GA area, but may transition to hybrid or fully onsite.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain a CDC Public Trust Clearance for access to facilities, equipment and property.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficient in data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Exceptional skills in building visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Ability to transform data from multiple sources to a single set.
- Able to create charts, graphs, maps, and dashboards to help users visualize data.
- Able to perform data modeling.
- Experience with CRM-A (Customer Relationships Management – Analytical) preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support the review and analysis of program activities, including previous reports and data, and aids in the development of a consolidated program plan that includes recommendations for an improved execution strategy.
Provides visualizations, templates and recommendations in support of Project milestone activities and deliverables.
Reviews and provides recommendations for tools to support the project.
Analyzes data and works in PowerBi to create visual outputs, reports, and dashboards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $85.6K to $125K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
