We are seeking a Strategic Account Director responsible for Specialist Sales in partnership with our reseller and distribution partners across our Data Resilience portfolio to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Arctera Data Resilience portfolio of software and services by developing relationships with prospects and customer key stakeholders within a defined territory to drive new business

  • Responsible for creating focused account plans to nurture and develop opportunities and achieve revenue targets

  • Act as the primary relationship contact for your customers whilst representing Arctera

  • Create an effective virtual team of extended resources.

  • Engages effectively and professionally with the supporting teams: Legal, Deal Desk, Channel, Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and marketing

  • Actively build a strong network of contacts within our reseller and distributors.

  • Proactively identify and qualify opportunities using the Arctera approved sales process, including gap/white space analysis across the territory

  • Accountable for meeting assigned Sales Quota

  • Ensures a minimum pipe coverage model of 4:1 of qualified opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven achievement against goals and targets

  • Proven track record of tenure in a Senior Sales capacity within the Computer Software industry

  • Can demonstrate excellent account relationships with customers

Additional Qualifications:

  • Hunter selling mentality within an existing customer base and net new logo

  • Understands the importance of account plans and clearly utilizes them to drive success

  • Understands operational cadence and linearity of forecasting

  • Ensures operating within compliance for professional standards, process, legal and revenue recognition

  • Always presents themselves in a professional manner as a representative of Arctera

  • Cloud/SaaS/GCP experience beneficial

  • Personal accountability with a winning and growth mindset
