Job Description

The role of an Jr. Influencer Marketing Manager includes designing and executing influencer campaigns, identifying and building relationships with industry influencers, and measuring the success of those campaigns. They ensure the alignment with brand values and create content that resonates with the target audience and company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns on the European market.

  • Research and recruit influencers within niches from the European market.

  • Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline is aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams.

  • Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitors Researches on social media and within the influencer community.

  • Building strong relationships with relevant influencers.

  • Composing creative briefs for the campaigns on Social Media.

  • Reaching out and communicating with influencers.

  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for management.

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in marketing communications is a plus.

  • Fluent English and ability to maintain business communication.

  • Keen interest in marketing communications and brand management.

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

  • Great communicative skills.

  • Previous experience with foreign markets is a plus.

  • Ability to combine manual and creative tasks .

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
